Today...MORE CROSSFIT!!!!

Like the title says... today, more crossfit! Every day more and better ;-)
Although it's hard, in classes we are very motivated and from my point of view, our teacher choose for us some entertaining exercises. As a consequence, at the end of the class, I feel fantastic with myself ;-)

Today we have worked four new exercises and here you have the name: 

                            

The training lasted 15 minutes in which we have had to work those exercises (30''+15''+30''+15'') and repeat this round all times possible. 
For the second one, is necessary help of one or two classmates depending of the way in which we want to do.

That's all for today. I've left a video so you can see our training: with effort and the energy of our teacher, everything is possible!!!!! :-)

Stay strong and never give up!!!! #DesWhyFit

Hello!!!!!!!!!!!

In this post, my goal is to show you which is our goal this term :-) 


1.-The first one is TO TRAIN STRONG in order to develop our muscles and the best, enjoy the possibilities of our body and ELIMINATE MYTHS ABOUT WOMEN IN THE SPORT.
Where is written that muscles are only for men? and who said that a woman should be thin and may not practice physical activity? We're  equal and we should get used to see women trained and with muscles. It´s normal.
2.-The second objective is to answer questions such as training, health benefits etc.
3.-The third one is TO BE AND BE MORE FIT.

                                             So, let´s start with the project?


We have already had three kinds of crossfit (very hard!!!). The first class I was missing. As a consequence, I don´t know the exercises that my classmates did. The second class, I couldn´t train for several reasons but I participated controlling the time of each exercise and the time of the breack time...like a referee!! So, I have just left the exercises (20 seconds training and 10 second of rest during 12 minutes) of that day and my classmate and my teacher stretching. 




Today, it has been the third session of crossfit and also my first day doing it. I´m tired...very very tired, but in the clasess of this type, I'M VERY MOTIVATED and they are WORTH.
The exercises of today have been in couples and I likevery much :-)
These are: 

The journalist of the group record us doing the exercises and I have made a video in which you can see my friend Mercedes and me. We are a lot in the class, so in the video only appear three exercises. Enjoy it!




    It is said that if you can dream it, you can do it.

TIME OF SALES!!!!!


HELLO EVERYBODY! :-)

We're in January and that means that....SALES ARE HERE!!!!! 

As you know, my goal is to help you and advise you about clothes that you can buy depending of the season in wich we are. Now, we have the opportunity to acquire clothes that some months ago were too expensive and now are cheaper.

As you can see, there are many offers and many opportunities to get the clothes that we want.
The jackets, scarves, gloves, polar and snow accessories are very cheap now and with this cold, they are very useful. The problem is..... Do you think that the jacket and the scarf will be necesary in the new project #DESWHYFIT? NO! WE'RE GOING TO SWEAP ..... A LOT!!!! As a consequence, you have to buy t-shirt, leggins, water bottles... ;-)
